Shaded rows are rate-capped: district tonnage reaches a higher band, but the VMG is short of that band’s minimum productive-agent count, so kilos above the qualified band pay the qualified band’s rate.

Admin Actions

Core control: only HSF Admin may edit tonnage bands, margin rates and productive-agent thresholds. Policy changes must be versioned with an effective date, approver and audit log before settlement runs against them.

Read this before circulating numbers

  1. Averages hide distribution. Agent commission is modelled on the district average. Agents below kg earn only the first-slab rate, so the real total differs from this estimate.
  2. Sales value is realised value, not MRP. Discounting reduces every payout proportionally. No price is hard-coded in the commission logic — the demo rate is a display assumption only.
  3. Returns and refunds are not modelled. Final payout settles on verified transaction-level sales, with clawback on reversals.
  4. Stock issued is not a sale. Only verified sell-out counts toward tonnage bands.
  5. HSF balance is not profit until COGS, logistics and fixed overheads are deducted.

VMG District Margin Policy

HSF Admin only. These values drive every figure on the other two screens. Bands are half-open: [from, to) — a kilo at exactly the boundary belongs to the upper band.
Backend-controlled
Progressive: each band pays its own rate on the kilos inside it. A VMG short of a band’s minimum productive-agent count is capped at its highest qualified rate.

Sales Agent Commission Policy

Progressive
Changing the productive threshold re-qualifies every VMG against the minimum-agent gates above.
